Recommended Use

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) – Mix 1 scoop in 1 to 2 cups of liquid, 1 time per day. For joint pain associated with osteoarthritis, use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effect. For knee joint pain associated with activity, use for minimum of 12 weeks to see beneficial effects.
